Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Arrival

After arrival at Delhi in the evening, meet our representative who’ll escort you to one of our listed hotels in Delhi. Check-in at the hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Delhi - Leh

Next day in the morning, transfer to the Delhi airport to board a flight to Leh. On arrival at Leh, meet our representative who’ll transfer you to one of our listed hotels in Leh. Spend the rest of the day in a hotel to acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh. Later in the evening proceed to visit the Sankar Gompa that is 3 Kms away from Leh. This monastery serves as the official residence of the Ladakh's head of Gelukpa Sect. Return to Leh in the evening and enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 : Leh

Next morning after breakfast, proceed to visit the Alchi Gompa, Likir Gompa, Spituk Gompa and Phiyang Gompa. The Phiyang Monastery of Ladakh is situated at a distance of approximately 40 km to the west of the Leh town. It belongs to the Red Hat Sect of Buddhism. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy night stay at the Hotel.

Day 4 : Leh

In the morning after breakfast move out to visit Thiksey Gompa and the Hemis Monastery that is situated in the village of Ladakh . The monastery exhibits the gold-plated statue of Lord Buddha, called the Maitreya Buddha.  Also visit the Indus Valley Monastery. The tour plan also includes a stop over at the Indus Valley monastery. Then return to the Leh city and after lunch visit  the beautiful Stok Palace that lies on the bank opposite to Tsangspo River.  Spend night at the hotel.

Day 5 : Leh - Delhi - Agra

After breakfast, transfer to Leh airport to board flight to Delhi. Upon arrive in Delhi, meet our representative who’ll arrange a smooth transfer to Agra by road. On reaching Agra, check-in to one our listed hotels. In the late afternoon set out for a sightseeing tour of Agra and pay a visit to the mesmerizing Taj Mahal that was commissioned by Emporer Shah Jahan in the memory for his beloved Wife Mumtaz Mahal. Overnight stay at the hotel.  

Day 6 : Agra - Delhi (Departure)

In the morning after breakfast proceed to visit the Itmad-ud-daulah's Tomb that was built in memory of Mirza Ghiyas Beg, Jehangir's Wazir. After the visit drive back to Delhi to board a flight for onward destination.
