Itinerary

Day 01 : Delhi (Arrival)

Upon arrival in Delhi, meet our tour representative, who'll assist you in a smooth transfer to the hotel. Then, stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi- Chandigarh - Manali (551 km/ 13 hours)

On the 2nd day of the tour, you will be transferred to the New Delhi railway station to board a train to Chandigarh. On reaching, meet our representative, who will book a vehicle for your trip to Manali. Upon arrival, check into the hotel for a night's stay.

Day 03 : Manali - Rohtang Pass - Manali (36 km/ 2 hours - one way)

After breakfast at the hotel go for a full day tour of Rohtang Pass. En route, visit Kothi Gorge (located 16 km from Manali), Marhi ( a town between Manali and Rohtang Pass famous for roadside restaurants), and Gulaba. At Rohtang Pass, you will be allowed to climb to the snow line if Rohtang is not closed due to snowfall. After that, visit the Solang Valley, famous for adventure sports such as parachuting, paragliding, skating, and Zorbing. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 04 : Manali - Kullu (41 km/ 1 hour)

In the morning, embark on a half-day sightseeing tour of Manali. The places you will visit include Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Village, and Tibetan Monastery. In the afternoon, leave by road for Kullu. En route, visit the famous Vaishno Devi Temple. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. The evening is free to visit the Kullu market, famous for woolen shawls. Day 05 : Kullu - Shimla (202 km/ 7 hours)

Day 06 : Shimla - Chail - Kufri Shimla (77 km/ 3 hours)

On the 6th day of the Golden Triangle tour with Himachal, go out for a full day trip to Chail (The former summer capital of Maharaja of Patiala. The town is surrounded by chir, pine, and deodar forests), Kufri (famous for its Himalayan Wild Life Zoo featuring rare Antelopes, Felines and Birds), and Naldhera (a scenic spot near Shimla, known for housing the oldest golf course in India). The evening is free to do shopping in the shopping areas-The Mall Road and The Ridge. Later, return to Shimla for a night's stay.

Day 07 : Shimla - Chandigarh (110 km/ 3 hours)

Enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour of Shimla covering Sankat Mochan Temple, Jakhu Temple, and the Indian Institute of Advanced Studies in the morning. In the afternoon, leave by road for Chandigarh. Upon arrival, check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 08 : Chandigarh - Delhi (245 km/ 4 hours)

In the morning, go for a sightseeing tour of Chandigarh - Rock Garden (designed by Nek Chand around 36 years back) and Sukhna Lake (an artificial reservoir and a popular place to hang out). Upon arrival in Delhi, check into the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 09 : Delhi - Agra (243 km/ 4 hours)

Post breakfast, leave by road for Agra. On the way, visit Sikandra (where Mughal emperor Akbar spent his last days). The afternoon is reserved for the sightseeing tour of Agra. The places you will see here include Taj Mahal (the most famous Mughal monument built entirely of white marble and recognized as one of the 'Seven Wonders of the World) and Agra Fort (the erstwhile demesne of Mughal emperors till Shah Jahan moved to Delhi). Later, return to the hotel for a night's stay.

Day 10 : Agra - Jaipur (239 km/ 4 hours)

On the 10th day of Golden Triangle and Himachal tour, leave by road for Jaipur. On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri. Emperor Akbar built this town and got abandoned after 10 years due to a water shortage. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, stroll around the local bazaars of Jaipur city. Later, return to the hotel for a night's stay.

Day 11 : Jaipur

Post breakfast, start your day with a visit to the famous Amber Fort. Till today, one requires an elephant ride to ascend to the entrance of the Amber Fort. Other places you will visit here include City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Hawa Mahal. By evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 12 : Jaipur - Delhi (273 km/ 5 hours)

The morning is free to do things at your own will. In the afternoon, leave by road for Delhi. On reaching Delhi, get assisted transfer to the airport/railway station for onward journey.
