Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi-

After arriving in Delhi, meet IHPL representative who helps with an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel.  The rest of the day is free for leisure activities- shop at the city’s popular markets, explore the surroundings on foot, interact with the locals or gorge on lip-smacking street food. Stay overnight.

DAY 2: Delhi-

Day 2 of the tour is for sightseeing in Delhi covering its prime attractions, built during different times. The list of the attractions includes Laxmi Narayan Temple, the India Gate, the Parliament House, the Jama Masjid, the Qutab Minar Complex, the Red Fort and the Humayun's Tomb. Overnight in Delhi.

DAY 3: Delhi - Rishikesh-

On the third day of the tour, have breakfast and begin driving towards Rishikesh. Afternoon arrival in Rishikesh. Complete the check-in formalities at the Ananda Spa Resort in the Himalayas. It is a world-renowned spa resort offering excellent spa, beauty and therapy services.

Situated amidst the majestic Himalayan ranges, it is the former residence of the Maharaja of Tehri- Garhwal. It was later turned into a spa resort for the tourists visiting Rishikesh. Spend the rest of the day in exploring the surroundings. Overnight stay.

Day 4 to 9: Rishikesh:-

Days 4 to 9 of the tour are earmarked for a refreshing stay at the Ananda Spa Resort to rejuvenate your tired mind, body and soul. Each day at Ananda has different programs that offer a gamut of holistic therapies such as Yoga and Meditation sessions, beauty therapies, fitness sessions, Spa session, nutritious meals, adventure activities and more.

Your vacation at the Ananda Spa will take away your tiredness completely. Located in Narendar Nagar, this beautiful resort is surrounded by peaceful lush Sal forest and snow-clad mountains. Ranked as the World's Number One Spa, it has around 20 treatment rooms where one can enjoy Ayurveda, Oriental and European systems of holistic health treatments.

Ananda offers an array of activities such as trekking, bird watching, nature walk, swimming pool, Gymnasium, cultural activities, Vedanta lectures, cooking classes, rafting, golf etc. Food is an important part of a healthy way of living at Ananda, where they offer low-fat and highly nutritious meals to guests. You attend Yoga and Meditation sessions as well as several beauty treatments.

DAY 10 - Rishikesh - Delhi-

On day 10, get transported to Delhi by road. On arrival in Delhi, complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities like exploring the nearby surroundings on foot, relishing the street food, visiting the popular monuments etc. Overnight stay in Delhi.

DAY 11 -Delhi - Agra-

After breakfast on the 11th day, proceed to Agra by road. On the way, halt at Sikandra: the Akbar's Tomb- a Mughal architectural masterpiece. Inspired by the Tartary tradition, Akbar commissioned the construction of the tomb during his lifetime. On reaching Agra, check-in your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Overnight stay.

DAY 12 -Agra - Departure from Delhi-

The last day of the tour begins with a visit to the Agra Fort - a UNESCO World Heritage Site- a Mughal architectural marvel. The next visit is the world-renowned Taj Mahal, a World Wonder and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This white-marble mausoleum was constructed by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.

Later, get transported (by surface) to the Delhi International Airport to board a flight for your onward journey.
