Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi

After arrival at the Delhi Airport, meet our representative who’ll escort you to one of our listed hotels in Delhi. Check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is to be spent at leisure. Stay the night at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi

Next morning after breakfast, move out on a city tour of Delhi. The major tourist attractions of Delhi cover Birla Mandir, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Humanyun Tomb, and the President’s House. In the evening visit Red Fort to witness the impressive light and sound show. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Delhi – Rudrapur

Post breakfast, drive straight to Rudrapur, situated around 230Km and will take around 7 hours to reach. As you reach Rudrapur, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Spend the rest of the day relaxing in the cozy comfort of its room. Evening is free to indulge in independent activities. Stay the night at hotel.

Day 4: Rudrapur – Banbasa – Bardia

Post breakfast, head straight to visit Bardia. En-route visit Banbasa a popular tourist spot for people to cross into Nepal from India. On arrival at Banbass, complete the immigration formalities drive down to cross the border to enter Nepal. After entering Nepal drive straight to Bardia National Park. Upon reaching, check-in at one of our listed forest lodge. Rest and relax for the day at the forest lodge. Enjoy an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 5: Bardia

Next morning start your day early; move out to enjoy full day jungle activities at the Royal Bardia National Park. After enjoying jungle walk in the morning, enjoy jeep safari or elephant safari to explore the national park for its rich flora and fauna. In the afternoon visit the elephant breeding centre, located to the south of the Bardia National Park headquarters, at the feeding time when elephants have returned from grazing in the park. In the evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Bardia – Butwal – Pokhara

In the morning wake up early and after breakfast, drive straight to Pokhara while passing through Butwal. Upon arrival, check-in at one of the listed hotels. After straitening your backs for a while, set off to visit the major tourist attractions covering Poon Hill, Peace Temple, Phewa Tal- the second largest lake of Nepal, International Mountain Museum, Begnas Lake and Barahi temple. Evening enjoy walk around lakeside Bazaar for some delightful shopping bargains followed by dinner. Enjoy an overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Pokhara – Sarangkot – Pokhara

In the morning after breakfast, start for Sarangkot for a full day trekking adventure. It takes about 4 hours and the trail will be gradual up and down hill. While trekking visit the picturesque villages, rice fields in terrace, subtropical forests and the silhouette of the western Himalayas. Upon reaching Sarangkot, check-in at the lodge. In the evening enjoy a short walk around the hill area and witness the beautiful sunset over the mountains. After witnessing Sunset, drive straight to Pokhara for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Pokhara – Kathmandu

Post breakfast, leave for Kathmandu. The journey is 210 Km long and will require half day to reach Kathmandu. As you reach Kathmandu, check-in at one of our listed hotels. For the remaining day, rest and relax at the hotel room. Stay the night at the hotel.

Day 9: Kathamndu

In the morning after breakfast, step out on a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. Pay a visit to Manakamana temple enjoying the cable car ride of 15 to 20 minutes. Darshan at the Pashupatinath temple located at the banks of river Bagmati. Later in the day, visit some of the major tourist attractions like the Guhewari temple, Swayambhunath stupa and the Bouddhanath stupa. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Kathmandu – Zhangmu

In the morning, drive to Koari (Nepal China Border). After Chinese Immigration formalities, cross Friendship Bridge on foot and then drive further to Zhangmu. On arrival, check in at one of our listed hotels. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Zhangmu – Xegar

Drive to Xeger crossing the Nyalam and Lulung passes in Tibet. The drive will be 242 km long and will take 8 hours. The journey will be absolutely scintillating as you will get the best views of the Himalayas and Mt. Everest. On arrival, check in at hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Xegar – Shigatse

On the 12th day after an early breakfast, head for the longest driving day to reach Shigatse. While on drive cross Lhatse, place from where the road to Mt. Kailash bifurcates. As you reach Shigatse, check-in at one our listed hotels. Spend a comfortable night in the hotel at Sigatse.

Day 13: Shigatse – Gyantse

Post breakfast, start your day by exploring Sigatse –the second largest city of Tibet. Also pay a visit to the world famous Tashilumpo Monastery. Late in the afternoon arrive Gyantse- a small historical town situated along the banks of the Nyang Chu River. This town is home to the monastery of Buddha featuring 1,000 images and is very popular among the tourist. Also visit the Palkhor monastery and the Kumbum Stupa. Stay the night at the hotel.

Day 14: Gyantse – Lhasa

Early morning head straight, for our final destination Lhasa. On the way we will pass the famous river Brahmaputra. We may get a sight of many yaks, busy villages, mountain sheep, and lakes while passing over the Karo and Kamba passes. On arrival, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Stay the night at hotel.

Day 15 - 17: Lhasa

In the morning head for a sightseeing tour of Lhasa city which include a visit to the Jokhang, the Potala Palace, Drepung & Sera Monasteries, Norbulinka, and surrounding Bakhor market. Later in the day, head on a monastery tour covering Sera monastery, Derpung monastery and the Norbulingka. Lhasa is a big and vibrant city, offering you many options for different activities. Go into the narrow streets and explore the depths of this charming city. Shopping in Lhasa is definitely going to be the most cherished activity. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 18: Lhasa – Kathmandu – Delhi

In the morning leave Lhasa to reach Kathmandu. On reaching Kathmandu, transfer to Kathmandu airport in time to board a flight for Delhi. As you reach Delhi, transfer to one of our listed hotels for dinner and overnight stay.
