Itinerary

Day 1: Manali: Arrival and Sightseeing-

On arrival at Manali airport/railway station, our representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. Upon arriving, check in to the hotel, and relax for a while. After getting refreshed, get ready to explore the local markets of Manali and enjoy shopping. You can buy any additional gear for your onward trip if you wish. Around 4:30 pm, the motorbike team will start allotting the bike to riders. After completing the process, go for a test drive. Once over, return to the hotel at night, enjoy your dinner and restore your energy with a sound sleep.

Day 2:Manali - Sarchu via Atal Tunnel-

Distance from Manali to Sarchu: 210 km

Travel Time: 6 hours (approx.)

Enjoy an early morning breakfast at the hotel and get ready to start your Himalayan expedition around 7.30 am. First, say goodbye to Manali and drive towards Jispa via Atal Tunnel, the World’s Longest Highway Tunnel. Then, continue your ride towards Sarchu via Baralacha la, one of the highest motorable passes in India. On arrival, check in to the camp and relax. Later, enjoy dinner and get over the journey fatigue with a refreshing sleep.

Day 3:Sarchu – Tsomoriri Lake via Tsokar Lake-

Distance from Sarchu to Tso Moriri Lake: 228 km

Travel Time: 7 hours (approx.)

Arise for a nutritious breakfast and then drive towards Tso Moriri via Tsokar Lake. Tso Moriri Lake is the largest high-altitude freshwater lake and is home to several animals, including Tibetan Ass, Great Tibetan Sheep, Tibetan Gazelle (Antelope), and Tibetan Wolf. Spend a peaceful evening observing them, and later, head back to the tented hotel/cottage for a delicious dinner, and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4:Tsomoriri- Hanle: Enjoy the Best Scenic Route-

Distance from Tso Moriri to Hanle: 159 km

Travel Time: 4 hours (approx.)

After a toothsome breakfast, check out from the tented hotel/cottage. Today, your ride will take you to one of the popular destinations, Hanle. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery while crossing Mahe Bridge and Nurpa Pass.

Once you reach Hanle, enjoy a cozy stay with locals at a local guest house/homestay. If time allows, you can explore the nearby places and admire the stunning beauty of this Trans-Himalayan region. After dinner, surrender yourself to the dream world. Overnight stay in the homestay.

Day 5:Hanle - Pangong Lake via Tsagala Pass-

Distance from Hanle to Pangong Lake: 311 km (approx.)

Travel Time: 7 hours (approx.)

On day 5th, wake up early in the morning, enjoy your delicious breakfast, and complete the checkout formalities. Proceed towards Pangong Lake via Chushul and Tsaga La Pass. After reaching your destination, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and unwind. Later before dusk, visit Pangong Lake, one of the highest saltwater lakes in India. After spending a peaceful time near the lake, back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6:Pangong – Nubra valley via Shayok River-
