Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi-

Late evening arrival in Delhi. Get transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Stay overnight.

Day 2: Delhi-

After breakfast, you will embark on a tour of Old and New Delhi. You will cover the prominent Delhi attractions such as the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat, Humayun Tomb, the complex of Qutub Minar, and the Lotus Temple. Then, drive past the India Gate, President House, and Government Secretariat. Stay overnight.

Day 3: Delhi - Shimla (343 km/ 7.5 hours)-

In the morning, have your breakfast and, by road, set off for Shimla, the state capital of Himachal Pradesh. On arrival, check in at your hotel. If time and energy permit, you can explore the surroundings on foot. Stay overnight.

Day 4: Shimla-

On Day 4 of the tour, explore the attractions of Shimla. The first attraction of this hill station is the Jakhoo hills, the town's highest peak. The next visit would be to the ancient Jhakhu temple of Lord Hanuman. Other visits will be the State Museum housing a collection of the state's heritage, and the Indian institute of advanced study, a building built during the British times. In the evening, take a stroll on Mall Road, you can do some shopping here or go to Ridge Road. Stay overnight.

Day 5: Shimla - Kufri - Chail (45.7 km/ 2 hours)-

On day 5 of the tour, have your breakfast and leave for a day trip to Kufri and Chail. In the Kufri valley, you can enjoy the surrounding beauty and can enjoy skiing as well. Then, take a leisurely walk up to the Mahasu peak. After reaching Chail, you can take a rest. There is a small but beautiful tiny resort. Also, explore the oldest cricket ground, which was built in 1893. Located at 2444 meters, it is the world's highest cricket pitch and polo ground. Then, return to Shimla for a night's stay.

Day 6: Shimla- Manali (236 km/ 7 hours)-

On day 6, after your breakfast, proceed to Manali by road. On the way, you will visit Kullu, famous as the abode of the Gods and Goddesses. Enjoy the picturesque landscape of this hill town, also known as India's orchard. Later, continue towards Manali, an extremely well-known hill station in India. On reaching, check into your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay. If time and energy permit, you can visit the nearby locations.

Day 7: Manali-

On day 7 of your Himachal trip, post breakfast, embark on a tour of Manali attractions that will include the ancient temple of Hadimba Devi Temple, covered by cedar forests. This temple was built in 1553. The other attractions will be Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery, and Vashishtha Village. The evening will be free for leisure activities, and If you want, you can visit the local market. Stay overnight.

Day 8: Manali - Rohtang Pass - Manali (50 km/ 2 hours - one way)-

After breakfast, leave for a day trip to Solang valley and Rohtang Pass. You can indulge in many adventure activities at these well-known tourist spots like zummaring, para-gliding, rock-climbing, and many more. Admire the surrounding beauty, click pictures or make Igloos, etc. In the evening, return to Manali for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Manali -Dharamshala (216 km/ 6-7 hours)-

After morning breakfast, hit the road to go to Dharamshala. After reaching, check in at your pre-booked hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day. You can do the activities of your interest, such as explore the surroundings or take a walk. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 10: Dharamshala-

After breakfast, explore McLeod Ganj, Forsyth Ganj, and the cantonment area. Dharamshala is famous for being one of the best places for studies and research in Tibetan for Buddhism, the art, and the culture. Next will be the famous monasteries and stupas sprinkled all over the place. Stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 11: Dharamshala - Dalhousie (143 Kms)-

On day 11, have breakfast and hit the road to Dalhousie, a famous hill town called "The Health Farm of India." On arrival, check in at your pre-booked hotel. In the afternoon, you can take a leisure walk, admiring the scenery surrounding you. Stay overnight.

Day 12: Dalhousie - Chamba – Khajjiar - Dalhousie (76 km/ 3 hours - one way)-

Have your breakfast and leave for an excursion to the mesmerizing towns of Khajjiar and Chamba. You can engage in several activities here, such as horse riding, nature walks, and zorbing. If you are not an adventure lover, then you can also visit the popular attractions, including lakes and temples. Back to Dalhousie for a night's stay.

Day 13: Dalhousie - Chandigarh (240 km/ 6 hours)-

In the morning, have meals and begin your road journey towards Chandigarh. On arrival, complete the check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Then, spend the rest of the day at peace, where you can enjoy boat riding at Sukhna Lake or visit the market. Overnight stay.

Day 14: Chandigarh - Delhi - Departure (304 km/ 6 hours)-

Have breakfast and visit some of Chandigarh's attractions, such as the Rock garden, Rose garden, etc. After lunch, hit the road to go to Delhi. Once you reach Delhi, directly get transferred to the airport or the railway station to board a flight or train for your onward destination.
