Day 0: Delhi - Manali (Overnight Journey by Volvo)

Travel Time: 12 hours 30 minutes (approx.)

Your Ladakh tour begins today! You will have to report at the bus pickup point to board an overnight AC Volvo bus for Delhi to Manali.

Day 1: Arrival in Manali

You will arrive in Manali in the morning, and our tour representative will meet you at the bus stand to pick you up. Next, You will have an assisted transfer to the hotel. Next, complete the check-in formalities and unwind. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Our tour assistant will brief you about the various safety measures, gear checkups, and some riding tips in the evening. Finally, you will get the opportunity to interact with fellow riders over some delicious dinner.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Manali - Jispa

Distance from Manali to Jispa: 92 km

Travel Time: 2 hours 30 minutes (approx.)

Have a fulfilling breakfast, and then pack your bags to check out from the hotel. Get ready for the bike trip to the next destination of your Manali to Jispa. First, you will ride across Rohtang Pass at 3.978 m above sea level and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Then, continue your journey to Jispa via Chandra Valley. Upon reaching, you will visit the campsite in Jispa and complete the check-in formalities. The rest of the day is at your leisure, and you can roam around as your wish.

Have a delightful dinner and enjoy a relaxed sleep.

Note: To cross Rohtang Pass, a permit is required. In case, the permit is not issued then we have to go via Atal Tunnel.

Day 3: Jispa - Purne

Distance from Jispa to Purne: 87 km

Travel Time: 3 hours 30 minutes (approx.)

The 3rd day of the Ladakh bike trip is one of the adventurous days. First, you will check out from the camp, followed by having a toothsome breakfast. Today you will ride along the Sumdo River from Darcha and pass through Shingo La Pass. Then, you will enter Zanskar Valley from this mountain pass and ride down to Lakong and Gorbo Rangjon. During the bike ride, you will cross Kargyak village and Testa Village and arrive in Purne late afternoon. Check in at the hotel and relax for a while.

In the evening, you will take a stroll in the village and spend some time with the locals. Overnight stay in Purne.

Day 4: Purne - Padum

Distance from Purne to Padum: 48 km

Travel Time: 3 hours 40 minutes (approx.)

Wake up to a healthy breakfast in the Zanskar Valley and pack your bags to proceed for the further trip. Check out from the hotel and head towards Padum. You will have to drive on the uphill and downhill stretches. The Zanskar River goes along with you till Padum. On the way, you will cross Cha Village, Raru Village, and Mune Bardan Monastery.

On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax for a while. Later, you can explore the region on your own. Stay overnight at Padum.

Day 5: Padum - Rangdum - Kargil

Distance from Padum to Kargil: 232 km

Travel Time: 6 hours 40 minutes (approx.)

On the 5th day of the Manali Leh tour package, savor the delicious breakfast and check out from the hotel to reach Suru Valley. Then, start riding towards Kargil, and en route, you will spot the Drang Drung glacier, the largest glacier in the Ladakh region. Next, you ride through Pensi La Pass, which is perched at an elevation of 4,700 m above sea level. From Pensi La to Rangdum, you will ascend and enjoy the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains in the backdrop.

As you start from Rangdum towards Kargil, you will slowly leave dry mountains behind and enter a comparatively greener valley, giving the impression that you are entering Kashmir Valley. Panokhar to Kargil may remain the most enjoyable ride of the entire journey. On arrival in Rangdum, check in at the hotel. At Check-in at the hotel.

Day 6: Kargil - Mulbekh - Lamayuru - Leh

Travel Time: 5 hours 10 minutes (approx.)

Wake up to a delicious breakfast and prepare yourself for the adventurous ride to Leh. Complete the check-out formalities and proceed towards the Leh. En route, stop at Lamayuru to visit one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh. On the way to Leh via Srinagar Leh Highway, other pit stops include gravity-defying Magnetic Hill, sacred Gurudwara Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and the Hall of Fame Museum.

On arrival, check in at the pre-booked hotel in Leh. The rest of the evening is at your leisure, and you can visit the cafes of Leh to savor delicious local cuisines. Overnight stay at the hotel followed by delicious dinner.

Day 7: Leh - Khardung La Pass - Nubra Valley

Take a halt at Khardung La Pass. Afterward, proceed to Nubra Valley. Visit Diskit Monastery and head towards the camps. Check in at the camp and unwind. In the evening, visit Hunder Sand Dunes to enjoy a camel ride on the double-humped Bactrian Camel. Later, return to the camp. Day 8: Nubra Valley - Shyok River - Pangong Lake

Day 9: Pangong Lake - Changla La Pass - Leh

Travel Time: 5 hours 40 minutes (approx.)

Start your day with a wholesome breakfast and check out from the hotel. Then, you will start your journey back to Leh. En route, cross Chang La Pass. On your arrival in Leh, complete check-in formalities at the pre-booked hotel. After that, relax for a while, and then in the evening, visit Shanti Stupa. From the complex, you can admire the jaw-dropping view of the city. Afterward, visit Leh Main Market, where you can enjoy shopping and buy souvenirs for your loved ones.

After a busy day, return to the hotel for a reviving dinner and sleep peacefully.

Day 10: Leh - Sarchu

Travel Time: 7 hours 10 minutes (approx.)

Relish early morning breakfast and leave for Sarchu via Sky Angchu Thang. En route, stop for lunch at Pang while crossing the Nakee La. You will cross some of the major mountain passes on this day, including Lachung La Pass, Tanglang La Pass, and Nakee La Pass.

Day 11: Sarchu - Manali

Travel Time: 6 hours 20 minutes (approx.)

On the 11th day of the Manali Leh bike tour, wake early in the morning to have a delicious meal. Once done, complete the check-out formalities. Then, embark on your bike trip to Manali. En route, you will drive through Jispa and Baralacha La Pass. Take a halt at Suraj Tal and Deepak Tal to bask in the serene landscape beauty.

Later, drive to Manali via Atal Tunnel. Upon your arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening you can visit Mall Road and enjoy shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

Day 12: Manali - Delhi Departure (Overnight Journey)

This is the last day of the Ladakh tour. Wake up a hearty meal, and the rest of the morning is at your leisure. After that, you can go on a walking tour of Manali. Some of the famous attractions of Manali are Van Vihar, Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Temple, Old Manali, and Mall Road, which you can explore. Later, check out from the hotel and proceed towards the Manali bus stop to board your bus for departure to Delhi.

Note: We will arrange a one-time drop at the bus stop at Manali on a sharing basis.
