Itinerary
Day 1: Kolkata-
After reaching the Kolkata airport, meet our representative who will arrange a smooth transfer to one of our listed hotels. Check-in at the hotel to
relax in the cozy comfort of your room. In the evening, attend Darshan at the Kalighat temple. During Diwali and Navratri, the temple is decorated
with flowers and thousands of lamps. People from all corners of the world visit the Kalighat temple to worship Goddess Kali. Stay the night at the
hotel.
Day 2: Kolkata-
On the following day, embark on a sightseeing tour of Kolkata. The major tourist attractions of Kolkata include Town Hall, Botanical Garden,
Howrah Bridge, Science city and the National library. Later in the day visit Victoria Memorial the most famous landmark of Kolkata. The museum
hall exhibits age old artifacts and paintings from all over the world. It also features great collection of stamps, lithographs, manuscripts, sculptures,
rare books, arms and amours used in the times of pre-independent India. In the evening visit the Belur Math the place where Swami Vivekananda
resided and died. In the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Kolkata – Malda Town-
Next morning after breakfast, transfer to Kolkata railway station to board a train to Malda town. It is a small town popularly known as English
Bazaar. As you reach Malda, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Spend the day resting and relaxing in the hotel room. Malda town is famous for
its numerous plantations. In the evening take a leisurely walk to explore these plantations that are worth visiting. Retire for the night in the hotel.
Day 4: Malda Town-
On the following day, embark on a sightseeing tour of Malda Town. Visit the Malda museum that houses few old artifacts and also various
archeological samples found in the region. Later in the day visit the Gaur and the Pandua which are amongst the few ruins located in the region of
Malda Town. In the evening after visiting the Nimsari Tower return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Malda Town – New Jalpaiguri – Siliguri-
Next day spend the morning at leisure. Post lunch checkout from the hotel, in time transfer to Malda railway station to board a train to New
Jalpaiguri. On reaching New Jalpaiguri, a car awaits you to take you to Siliguri. Sit back and enjoy the short drive from railway station towards
beautiful Siliguri. On reaching Siliguri, check-in at one our listed hotels for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Siliguri-
Post breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of Siliguri. The major tourist attractions of Siliguri include ISCKON temple, Kalchakra monastery and
the Sed-Gyued Monastery. Later in the day visit Surya Sen Park. This eco-friendly park exhibits different alternative energy source. In the evening
enjoy an elephant safari at the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary. While being at the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary visit animals like rare mountain
goat, Chetal, barking dear, fishing cat, sambar, tiger, elephant and Indian bison in their natural habitat. Relax for the night in the cozy comfort of
your hotel room.
Day 7: Siligri - New Jalpaiguri – Darjeeling-
In the morning after breakfast, transfer to the New Jalpaiguri railway station to board the toy train to Darjeeling. By crossing the Mahanadi Bridge
over the Mahanadi River which flows from the Himalayan foothills, we reach Sukna Station. From here the real ascent begins. Enjoy the passing
by views of tea gardens and forest of teak and sal.On reaching Darjeeling, get accommodated at one of our listed hotels. Enjoy a sumptuous
dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Darjeeling-
Today before dawn leave for Tiger Hills to view the sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak. At the time of sunrise the color of mountain changes which
is an amazing site to witness. Later in the day visit the Peace Pagoda and the Ghoom monastery. In the afternoon after lunch, head to a
sightseeing tour of Darjeeling covering Lloyd Botanical Garden, Happy valley Tea Gardens, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and the
Observatory Hill. In the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9: Darjeeling - Pemayangtse-
In the morning after breakfast, drive to Pemayangtse. On reaching Pemayangtse, check-in at one of our listed hotels. The major tourist attractions
scheduled for the day cover Pemayangtse Monastery, Sangacholing Monastery and the Rabdentse Fort ruins. In the evening visit the
Khecheopalri Lake. The lake is situated in the middle of the forest and is considered as a holy lake, both by the Buddhists and the Hindus in
Sikkim. After enjoying a sumptuous dinner, retire for the night in the hotel.
Day 10: Pemayangtse - Gangtok-
Next morning drive straight to Gangtok. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. After resting for a while in your hotel room, set out to explore the major
tourist attractions of Gangtok. The major tourist attractions scheduled for the day include Tsomgo Lake, Himalayan Zoological Park, Deer Park,
Nathula Pass and the Rumtek monastery. In the evening drive to visit Ganesh Tok a small temple located at a distance of 7 Kms from Gangtok.
This temple is so small in size that at a time, it can only accommodate one person. After the visit return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 11: Gangtok-
Post breakfast, proceed to visit the other major tourist hotspots of Gangtok. The major tourist attractions of Gangtok scheduled for today include
Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Enchey Monastery and the Do Drul Chorten stupa. Later in the day return
to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 12: Gangtok-
Early in the morning drive to Tashi viewpoint. Located at a distance of 4 Kms from Gangtok it was commissioned by Tashi Namgyal. The Tashi
Viewpoint gives a perfect view of the opposite hills, besides mount Kanchenjunga. One can also visit the Labrang monastery on the opposite hill.
In the afternoon enjoy an excursion to Phudong Monastery. The Phudong monastery has a residence of approximately 260 monks and features a
large collection of some ancient murals.
Day 13: Gangtok – Lachung-
After breakfast, drive to Lachung. The Lachung is a tourist hotspot located at the point where the two tributaries of river Teesta converge. On
reaching, Lachung get accommodated at one of our listed hotels. After resting for a while in the hotel room, visit the Lachung Monastery. The
Lachung Monastery is a very old monastery built in the year 1880. This town is frequented by many tourists for its beautiful waterfalls. In the
evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 14: Lachung – Yumthang – Lachung-
In the morning after breakfast, leave the hotel to visit Yumthang-the valley of flowers. During the journey from Lachung to Yumthang, one can see
colorful flowers on either side of the road. On reaching Yumthang visit the Naga Waterfalls, Seven Sister Falls and the Dzumsa House. Yumthang
Valley is also home to a number of hot springs that are considered to have therapeutic powers. After the visit to these hot springs, drive back to
your hotel in Lachung for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 15: Lachung – Gangtok-
Next morning after breakfast, transfer to Gangtok. On the way, see the mighty Kangchenjunga from Singhik. On reaching Gangtok, get
accommodated at one of our listed hotels. Rest and relax for the day in your hotel room. In the evening you may explore the local market of
Gangtok. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 16: Gangtok – Pemayangtse-
Next morning after breakfast drive straight to Pemayangtse. On reaching Pemayangtse, get accommodated at one of our listed hotels. Relax for
the day in your hotel room. In the evening you may revisit the local tourist attractions of Pemayangtse for their alluring beauty and tranquil
surroundings. Later in the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 17: Pemayangtse – Kalimpong-
Post breakfast, proceed to visit Kalimpong. The Kalimpong is famous for its flower market, especially the wide array of orchids. Upon reaching
Kalimpong, get accommodated at one of our listed hotels. The major tourist attractions of Kalimpong include Thongsha Gumpha, Tharpa Choling
monastery and the Zong Dog Palri Fo Brang Gompa. The Zong Dog Palri Fo Brang Gompa is known for its rare Tibetan Buddhist scriptures. In
the evening you may visit Deolo Hill, Neora National Park and the Mangal Dham. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 18: Kalimpong-
In the morning drive straight to visit the Flower Nurseries. After visiting the nurseries proceed to a sightseeing tour of Kalimpong. The other major
tourist attractions of Kalimpong scheduled for the day include St. Theresa Church, Durpin Dara Hill, Tharpa Choling Monastery, Pedong
Monastery and the Thongsha Gumpha. After the visit return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 19: Kalimpong – Darjeeling-
Post breakfast, drive towards Darjeeling. Upon reaching Darjeeling, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Rest and relax for the day in the cozy
comfort of your hotel room. In the evening take a leisurely walk to explore the local market of Darjeeling. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the
hotel.
Day 20: Darjeeling – Bhadrapur Airport – Kathmandu-
In the morning after breakfast, transfer to Bhadrapur airport to board a flight to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu, check-in at one of our
listed hotels. In the evening, you may take a leisurely walk to explore the local market of Kathmandu. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight
stay.
Day 21: Kathmandu-
Next morning after breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. The major tourist attractions of Kathmandu include Bouddha Nath,
Swayambhu Nath stupa, Copen Monastery and Bonpo Monastery. The Swayambhu Nath stupa is situated on a hillock about 77 m above the level
of Kathmandu Valley and commands an excellent view of the Valley. This stupa is one of its kinds in Nepal. In the evening return to the hotel for
dinner and overnight stay.
Day 22: Kathmandu-
Early in the morning attend Darshan at the famous Pasupatinath temple. This temple with two tiered golden roof and silver door is considered one
of the holiest shrines for Hindus. Though only Hindus are allowed inside the temple, visitors can witness the activities performed in the temple
premises. After Darshan, embark on a sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur city. The major tourist attractions of Bhaktapur city include the Lion Gate,
Golden Gate and Palace of 55 windows. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 23: Kathmandu – Pokhara-
In the morning, transfer to Kathmandu airport to board a flight to Pokhara. Upon reaching, check-in at one of our listed hotels. After straitening your
backs for a while, set off to visit the major tourist attractions covering Poon Hill, Peace temple, International Mountain Museum, Begnas Lake,
Phewa Tal- the second largest Lake of Nepal and Barahi temple. Evening enjoy walk around lakeside bazaar for some delightful shopping
bargains followed by dinner. Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 24: Pokhara – Chitwan-
Following day, move out for an excursion to the Chitwan National Park. The Chitwan National Park is one of the first national parks in Nepal. The
park has been granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. It consists of a diversity of ecosystems, including the Churia hills, ox-bow lakes
and the flood plains of the Rapti, Reu and Narayani rivers. On reaching Chitwan National Park, get accommodated at one of our listed wildlife
resorts. After straitening your backs for a while, enjoy elephant /jeep safari to explore the park for its rich flora and fauna. While enjoying the safari
visit the one-horned rhinoceros from close quarters in their natural surroundings. Return to the resort for overnight stay.
Day 25: Chitwan-
Next morning after breakfast, proceed for a full day game viewing at the Chitwan National Park. Later in the day visit the Elephant Breeding
Centre at Khorshor. In the evening visit the shops at the Chitwan National Park being run by the women’s user group for shopping of souvenirs.
These shops offer great variety of handicrafts and the other local products. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 26: Chitwan – Kathmandu-
Early morning after breakfast, drive straight Kathmandu. On reaching Kathmandu, check-in at one of listed hotels. Spend the remaining day
resting and relaxing in your hotel room. In the evening you may take a leisurely walk to the nearby area. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner
and overnight stay.
Day 27: Kathmandu – Delhi-
Early morning after breakfast, in time transfer to Kathmandu airport to board a flight to Delhi. On reaching Delhi, check-in at one of our listed
hotels. Spend the remaining day resting and relaxing in the cozy comfort of your hotel room. In the evening take a leisurely walk to explore the
pulsating nightlife of Delhi. Stay the night at the hotel.
Day 28: Delhi-
Next morning after breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Delhi. The major tourist attractions of Delhi include Laxmi Narayan temple, India
Gate, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun's tomb, Qutub Minar and Chandni Chowk. In the evening revisit Red Fort to witness the spectacular light
and sound show. After the show return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 29: Delhi-
Post breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Akshardham temple. In the afternoon, embark to visit the other major tourist attractions of Delhi. The
attractions scheduled for the day include Gurudwara Bangle Sahib, Garden of Five Senses, National Museum and Jantar Mantar. After the visit
return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 30: Delhi Departure-
In the morning after breakfast, transfer to Delhi airport to board a flight for onwards journey.
