On arrival at Lhasa airport, meet our representatives who'll guide you to one of our listed hotels. Check-in at the hotel. Spend the day resting for acclimatization in this high altitude destination. Resting is important for your body so that it gets accustomed to the climate and you don't fall prey to acute mountain sickness. In the evening take a leisurely walk to explore the nearby market at your own pace. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

In the morning wake up early and after breakfast, head on an excursion to the Barkhor Bazaar and the Potala Palace. The Potala Palace is the center of attraction of Lhasa. The palace comprises of two parts: the Red Palace as the center and the White Palace as two wings. Spend overnight at the hotel in Lhasa. Later in the day we visit the Norbulingka palace which is around 3km to the west. Explore the green lawns enjoying the refreshing shades of lush green trees and rejuvenating in the fragrance of flowers. Wander around the park exploring the numerous palaces built by different Dalai Lamas. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

The day begins with a sumptuous breakfast, later embark on a day's sightseeing tour of Lhasa. Set off to visit the Jokhang Temple, situated at a distance of ten minutes drive from Lhasa. After visiting the temple drive straight to explore the most famous monasteries of Lhasa like Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Ramoche Temple and the Ganden Monastery. Later in the day visit the Barkhor Street for the best shopping experience in Lhasa. Being in Barkhor Street, shop for the traditional handicrafts and the famous Thangka paintings. Stay the night at the hotel.

In the morning after breakfast, drive towards Xigatse. It will take around 6 hours to reach Xigatse. The drive to Xigatse is dotted with beautiful landscapes. During your drive you will notice vividly dressed people, offering a glimpse of Tibetan culture and lifestyle. On reaching Xigatse, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Spend the day as your liking. In the evening take a leisurely walk to the Xigatse market where you can shop for exquisite items like silver ornaments and traditional wears. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

In the morning post breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Xigatse. The major tourist attractions of Xigatse include Tashilhunpo Monastery, Palkhor Monastery, Xiqin hot springs and Yatung hot springs. The Palkhor Monastery is famous for the Saka Dawa festival. The Xiqin hot springs and Yatung hot springs are considered to have medicinal values in them. You may take a dip for healing. In the evening return to the hotel for a sumptuous dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Saga. The roads will be rugged and the altitude will constantly increase. Keep your eyes wide open for capturing much nature's marvel while driving through this breathtaking terrain of Tibet. On reaching Saga, check-in at one of our listed hotels. After resting for a while in your hotel room, step out to explore Saga for its rich flora and fauna. You have the option of enjoying a shot trekking tour for an adventure trail. So, be properly geared with your sport shoes, caps etc. In the evening enjoy the warmth of bonfire assisted with magical cultural dances performed by the Tibetan locals at your hotel.

Early in the morning start trekking to Darchen. Darchen is situated at an altitude of 4000m above sea level and from here; you will get the most scintillating views of Himalayas. On reaching Darchen, get accommodated at one of our listed camp sites for dinner and overnight stay.

Next day in the morning after breakfast, start for the extremely challenging trek at foot of Mt. Kailash. The trek is 8 Kms long and will take around 6 hours to cover the distance. While trekking we reach Dolma La Pass, the highest pass is situated at around 5000 m above the sea level. We will try to cross it as early as possible since the weather at Dolma –La pass is very unpredictable. After spending a while at the foot of the holiest mountain in the world, admiring its excellence, we head back to the camp in Darchen and spend the night there.

On the 9th day we will head towards the holy Lake Mansarovar, after having the self prepared meal. The lake is located 20 Kms away from Darchen. On reaching Mansarovar Lake take a delightful walk besides the magnificent crescent shaped lake. To enjoy a different view of the lake climb up to a nearby Chiu monastery situated on a cliff. Enjoy overnight camping near Mansarovar Lake.

On the 10th day of the tour early in the morning leave for Darchen. Descend to Darchen, following the same trek that we took to reach the pious Mansarovar Lake. On reaching Darchen, halt for a while to rest and revitalize your energy, before heading towards Xigatse. While trekking to Xigatse enjoy the rich flora and fauna. On reaching Xigatse, check-in at one of our listed hotels. Rest and relax for the whole day in the room. Stay the night at the hotel.

In the morning after breakfast, proceed to Lhasa after completing the checkout formalities at the hotel. On reaching Lhasa, transfer to Lhasa airport to board a flight for your onward journey.
